Warranty

At Maxcom, we stand behind the quality of our diverse range of technological products. These warranty terms apply to purchases made directly through Maxcom or authorized partners, covering eligible products for repair or replacement under globally recognized RMA procedures starting 30 days after delivery.

Coverage and Process

You are responsible for shipping the product to Maxcom. We will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to you.

Maxcom warrants to the original purchaser that its branded products (the “Product”)—if installed and used strictly according to the instructions and operational guidelines provided—will be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. This warranty covers devices in their original factory configuration and applies only to failures resulting from manufacturing defects.

Warranty Duration

  • Core Products: Covered for one (1) year from the documented date of delivery.

  • Accessories & Consumables (e.g., SD cards, batteries, chargers, cables, power adapters, etc.): Covered for one (1) year from delivery.

If a product cannot be repaired, Maxcom will provide a replacement of the same model or, if discontinued, a comparable product, subject to the original warranty terms (no extended warranty applies in these cases).

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damages from misuse, abuse, mishandling, improper installation, or operation in unsuitable environments.

  • Issues caused by power surges, short circuits, water or fire damage, or exposure to extreme temperatures or humidity.

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.

  • Use of third-party accessories or power supplies not approved by Maxcom.

  • Accidents or acts of nature (“Acts of God”).

  • Software bugs, compatibility issues, or performance inconsistencies of bundled software.

  • Data loss or costs related to data recovery.

Note: We highly recommend backing up any critical data or footage regularly.

Additional Limitations

  • No refunds, exchanges, or upgrades are offered under this warranty policy.

  • Use of third-party systems (e.g., phones, tablets, PCs, displays, routers, or internet services) is not covered.

  • Maxcom disclaims any responsibility for issues arising from not following technical support guidance.

Legal & Liability Disclaimer

By purchasing and/or using Maxcom products, you agree to:

  • Defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Maxcom, its affiliates, employees, and service partners from any claims, liabilities, or damages—including attorney fees—arising from product use or violation of warranty terms.

  • Accept that Maxcom is not liable for damages resulting from improper use, third-party software or hardware limitations, or technical oversights.
